Terms of Service

Homestead Water Systems offers a turnkey water treatment package — a water softener and under-counter reverse osmosis system — at a flat installed price of $3,795 for residential installations in Edmonton and across Northern Alberta, including iron and manganese removal for homes on a well or cistern.

Pricing applies to standard installations. If your home requires unusual modifications (relocating a main line, adding a dedicated drain, or significant retrofit work), we will provide a transparent, itemized quote before any work begins. No work is billed without your approval.

A quote request is not a contract or a binding order. Pricing is confirmed after a free in-home assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from what was described.

Installation is performed by licensed, Edmonton-based installers. We will agree on a scheduled time with you. Standard residential installs are typically completed in approximately four hours.

System components carry a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. Installation workmanship is warrantied by Homestead Water Systems. Warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, freezing, or modifications made by others.
