When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, postal code, your primary water concern, home type, project timeline, and any message you add.

We may also receive limited technical information automatically, such as the pages you visited and the approximate region derived from your browser, used only to improve our service.

We use your contact details to respond to your request, schedule a free in-home assessment, prepare a quote, and coordinate installation. We may follow up about your project and, with your consent, occasional service reminders.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the installer assigned to your project and, where you request it, with the CRM or scheduling tool we use to manage customer relationships (for example, Jobber or Salesforce).

We retain lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide and service your system, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

You can unsubscribe from any non-essential messages by following the link in the email or by contacting us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data in line with industry standards.
